SnapOS License

All SnapOS artefacts by Marko Chalupa are published under a dual licensing structure:

1. Creative Commons Layer

Unless otherwise noted, artefacts are licensed under the CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 International License. This means:

• Attribution required - Credit must be given to the author (Marko Chalupa).
• No commercial use - You may not use the material for commercial purposes.
• No derivatives - You may not remix, transform, or build upon the material without explicit permission.

2. SnapAudit Structural License (Extended)

For artefacts carrying the SnapAudit-Core License, additional structural conditions apply:

• Semantic operators (e.g., SnapScore, DriftOperator, SnapValidator) must retain traceable definition.
• Audit-trace context must be preserved in reuse and citation.
• Structural forks or reinterpretations that alter semantic integrity require express licensing or SnapWitness registration.
• Commercial reuse (e.g., in AI systems, toolchains, institutional platforms) requires prior written agreement, with baseline participation of 3.8% equity or license share.
